BAH! This book is basically a very long way of going about saying, “more research is needed.” That said, it does deal very well with the anti-depressant therepy versus psychotherepy, taht is, is comes firmly on teh side of, well, um…., you see, there are studys atht say if you put dysthymics in a cage for forty days, well, they’ll get better, but really, more research is needed.

I am just a patient with dythemia, hoping to learn more, but this book is really useful, I think, to only doctors because of all the technical and medical language which I can’t translate. I’m sure it’s a good book for those in the field, but not for the layperson.
