It provided clear information about adolescent depression and helped us tremendously. I followed the sugegestions in the book during the treatment process for my child’s depression. Even my child’s psychiatrist found it useful. Depression is an illness that affect whole family, sick or not, in every sigle minute of the day. I learned to manage my own anxiety too. Parents and patients usually were panic due to lack of understanding of the disease. I consult this book again and again, before and after the appointment to the psychiatrist and psychologist. It really helped me and my family.
