Coping with anxiety and getting anxiety relief need work. I found it myself, with hindsight. You aim at getting rid of panic attacks and reaching the permanent cure.
You might have discovered that the temporary relief (whatever the technique applied) does not equal the perfect cure. You just start feeling better at the particular moment. You are not free from the fear, though: it might and will strike again.
As you go through the way and learn how to stop being afraid, you experience several symptoms and problems - and you are not alone:
1. how you feel in a specific moment, when something happens is considered by you as not really OK; others would say it is out of proportion.
Do you want to get rid of it? Try hard, and come up with a picture of someone you know well and respect. Family member, friend, celebrity, someone from history, you know a bit about. When something bad is happening to you, stop the mind-battle and ask yourself: what would this person think and do? Listen to it - different angle might give you more power and help getting rid of tough, overwhelming thoughts.
2. does your body telling you something isn't right? You might get headache, backache, diarrhea might appear as well. Can you focus on what you supposed to do? You are capable of going through this successfully, but this means working on yourself.
3. being nervous, afraid, feeling anxious - most of the time, most of the day; you may try not give it any meaning, but these are the facts; do you also feel guilty for all this that is happening to you?
Do you want to get rid of all of those freelings? They are really overwhelming. What exactly are you worried about? What is the main reason for the fear? Name it. Then ask yourself: is it again me, or this time the objective reality. Help yourself by imagining someone dear and respectful for you. Would this person think and feel what I feel?
Thus, giving the fact that so much is happening around you, this list can be widely extended. However, making it much longer and deeply describing what is going on with you has to be your own homework.
As you look at the symptoms and situations you suffer so much from, you will be able to understand possible pattern and start changing the mental states which hurt you so much.
